You may look as though you're coping on the outside, yet inside feel anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted or stuck in patterns that don't seem to change.
Perhaps your mind doesn't switch off. You may overthink, feel constantly on edge, struggle to relax, or find yourself reacting in ways you don't fully understand.
I don't believe there is anything fundamentally wrong with you.
I believe your nervous system has been doing exactly what it was designed to do -- protecting you.
Sometimes those protective responses continue long after they're needed. Anxiety, stress, overwhelm and emotional reactivity are often signs of a nervous system that has learned to stay alert following painful, stressful or difficult experiences.
The encouraging news is that the nervous system can also learn something new,
Through integrative counselling, Cognomovement, EFT tapping and nervous-system-informed approaches, I help people gently process what has been keeping them stuck, so they can begin to feel calmer, lighter, freer and more like themselves again.
This isn't about forcing yourself to change.
It's about creating the conditions in which your nervous system can experience enough safety to begin responding differently.
Many clients come to me after trying to manage things on their own for a long time. They may have insight into why they feel the way they do, but something still hasn't shifted.
Together, we work with both the mind and the nervous system, helping to reduce the emotional intensity behind anxiety, stress and past experiences -- rather than only talking about them.
My hope is not simply that you feel better.
My hope is that you begin to rediscover who you truly are.
If this resonates with you, you're very welcome to get in touch.
Work With Me
Online & In-Person Sessions
Sessions are available online via Zoom or in person in Harley Street, London.
Online sessions are simple and effective - you just need a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection.
Many clients find they feel more relaxed working from their own environment, which can make the process even more beneficial.
How Healing Happens
I believe lasting change happens when we work with the nervous system, not against it.
Many people come to me believing they need to think differently, be stronger, or simply try harder. In reality, they're often living with a nervous system that has adapted to protect them following difficult, painful or stressful experiences.
That's why insight alone isn't always enough.
You may understand why you feel anxious, overwhelmed or stuck, yet still find yourself reacting in ways you can't seem to change.
My role isn't to tell you who to become or how you should think.
Instead, I combine integrative counselling with Cognomovement, EFT tapping and EMDR-informed techniques to help your nervous system experience enough safety to begin learning that the present is different from the past.
Rather than simply talking about what has happened, we gently process the emotional experiences that continue to influence how you feel today. As your nervous system begins to feel safer, many people notice something remarkable.
They don't have to force themselves to think differently.
New perspectives, greater clarity and healthier responses often begin to emerge naturally.
One of the things I love most about this work is that I don't need to give you all the answers.
Time and again, I see clients discover that they already have the wisdom they need. As the emotional intensity of old experiences begins to settle, they naturally find themselves responding to life in ways that feel calmer, freer and more authentic.
Sessions are warm, compassionate and completely tailored to you. There is never any pressure to share more than feels comfortable, and we work at a pace that feels right for you.
I genuinely believe healing doesn't happen because we force ourselves to change.
It happens when we give the nervous system repeated opportunities to experience safety.
Every gentle experience of safety gives the nervous system an opportunity to learn that the present moment is different from the past.
My hope is that every session leaves you feeling lighter, more hopeful and one step closer to rediscovering who you truly are.

As a Transformational Coach, Integrative Counsellor and Cognomovement Practitioner, the Cognomovement System offers a therapeutic approach that combines eye movement exercises with cognitive processes to help you overcome anxiety, stress and emotional and physical challenges by retraining your brain's response patterns. So, you find new positive ways of thinking, relating and behaving that can be life-changing. Cognomovement is a solution for everyone. It addresses a broad spectrum of issues with swift and profound outcomes.

Working directly on your nervous system can shift the root-level causes that keep old patterns in place. At the centre of each Cognomovement session is the Cognoball (similar to an exercise ball).
During each guided session, you'll quickly delete, remove, or reroute the harmful emotional and energetic patterns between your brain and body. You then have the emotional space and physical energy to create the life you want.
The Cognomovement system has been extensively lab-tested and proven to optimise brain activity and change energy levels, cognition, and response time.
The underlying principle of Cognomovement works on the concept of neuroplasticity, which refers to the brain's ability to reorganise and form new neural connections throughout life.
Cognomovement aims to harness the brain's neuroplasticity to facilitate change, promote emotional well-being, and alleviate physical symptoms by engaging in specific eye movements and cognitive processes.

Cognomovement is versatile, addressing a broad spectrum of issues, blocks, and unwanted patterns. It functions like a universal remote for these challenges. As long as you can identify the physical sensation linked to your problem, Cognomovement can be beneficial.
Cognomovement can also be used as a manifesting technique to attract the good things you want into your life.
Results often manifest within just one session. While outcomes vary based on the complexity of the issues, most clients notice positive changes after their initial session.

Yes, online and in-person sessions are confidential. I'm ethically bound to keep what you share private. As a BACP registered therapist, I'm also obliged to have a supervisor overseeing my work to ensure I maintain a high level of professional and ethical practice for my clients. While I might discuss the generalities of your case with my supervisor, I never divulge your identity.
Helping You Rediscover Who You Truly Are
People often ask me why I became a counsellor and transformational coach.
The answer is simple.
I genuinely love helping people.
There is something deeply rewarding about watching someone who has been living with anxiety, overwhelm or emotional pain begin to realise that there was never anything fundamentally wrong with them. Their nervous system has simply been trying to protect them.
That understanding alone can bring an enormous sense of relief, hope and self-compassion.
Kindness, compassion and forgiveness have become guiding principles in both my work and my life. They shape the way I meet every client who walks through my door or joins me online. I know how much courage it takes to ask for help, and I believe everyone deserves to be met with warmth, understanding and genuine acceptance.
Over more than 20 years, I've had the privilege of working with adults, young people, couples and families from many different backgrounds. Although every person's story is unique, one thing has remained constant.
People don't come to me because they're broken.
They come because their nervous system has learned to protect them in ways that are no longer serving them.
My role isn't to tell you who to become or how you should live your life.
Instead, I help create the conditions in which your nervous system can experience enough safety to begin learning that the present is different from the past. As that happens, people often discover something remarkable.
The answers they've been searching for are often already within them.
Rather than telling you what to think, I help facilitate a process in which your own insights naturally emerge. Again and again, I see people leave sessions feeling lighter, calmer, more hopeful and better able to move forward with confidence.
My approach combines integrative counselling with Cognomovement, EFT tapping and EMDR-informed techniques, allowing us to work with both the mind and the nervous system. This enables us not only to explore what has happened, but, wherever possible, to process the emotional experiences that continue to influence life today.
I continue to learn because I believe my clients deserve the very best support I can offer. Every new understanding, every piece of research and every approach I study has one purpose: helping people heal more gently, more deeply and more effectively.
If there's one thing I hope every client takes away from our work together, it's this:
There is nothing fundamentally wrong with you.
Your nervous system has been doing exactly what it was designed to do.
And when it experiences enough safety, it can begin to let go of old patterns, allowing you to rediscover who you truly are.
It would be a privilege to walk alongside you on that journey.
